Single-piece custom orders typically ship 3–5 business days after proof approval. Bulk runs are 7–14 business days. Rush jobs are possible — just ask when you send the file.
Yes. We engrave on customer-supplied pieces all the time — heirloom flasks, knives, gifts, anything that fits in the laser bed. Just ask first so we can confirm it's safe to engrave.
